Custom Systems:

Enhanced Mobs System – All monsters will now have a chance to have a suffix and or a prefix. Both the suffix and the prefix will augment the monster. There are 2 types of augmentations. It can either affect the monster itself or other around it. The latter is called Aura. Auras can be seen on the affected creatures with sparkles. All auras have different color.

New Loot system – The osi version carried a few too many flaws. Flaws written over 20 years ago and never looked at. Loot was bulky and based on some loot packs that were arbitrarily set to different monsters seemingly disregarding the monster’s strength.
The new system – Magic property intensity as well as the number of items will vary depending on the monster level. All monsters will have the same chance to drop 0 to 5 magic properties.

Player kill history is now working again. Each player will store all their kills as well as deaths and total damage.
Players will only lose experience upon death if they already died from the same monster type 3 times before.

Achievements System – There is now a large number of achievements that players can achieve. Just wonder around, kill some monsters, craft some items and they will surely pop up. There is also a new NPC in New Haven that will accept payment only in the form achievement points!

Items:
Added Skill Ball item. Fire Priest NPCs will sell them. They cost 100k gold and will offer an increase of 0.1 skill to any skill.
Added Scroll of Knowledge. It drops from the Harrower. The scroll of knowledge will allow a player to access any 1 skill not normally available to them from their NPC Guild. This way a paladin can learn Necromancy, a Mage can learn bushido or a thief can learn chivalry. The item can be used multiple times, but it always overrides the last choice.
Glenda flat damage increase is now 35.
Contaminated Pure Water is now stackable.
Increased Heavy Elven Quiver max weight to 100.
Unidentified items will now store the level of the creature it was dropped from. The level will then be displayed on the item as a reference to the player as well as to whoever might want to buy it. If a player will want to pay an NPC to identify the item, the cost of identification will be higher based on the monster level it was obtained from.

Monsters / AI:
Barracoon and Tabnaram now give double exp.
Lord oaks HP is now 5000.
Travesty now has 100k hp.
All monsters that were changed to use magery only instead of magery and necromancy are now fully functional and will once again cast their wonderful necro spells.
Fixed bug with dropping of weapon ability rune crashing the server.
Added new AI that will allow some monsters to cast only Necro spells.
Enhancements to Enemy Of One and Bless so the AI can understand if a mobile is under effect.
Fandagh and Vregruk will now give 4 times more exp.
Grimwinds Spirit now gives 2 times less exp.
Lothar will now gives 1.5 more exp.
Ancient Wyrm now has higher skills and more hp.
Decreased base damage for greater dragons.
Fandagh, Vregruk, Bottom feeder, Lekras Bonecall, Rauwar Rane, Saedmara, Streiza Morte will now have 2.5 times less chance of summoning creatures when using their special ability.

Experience Calculations:

Monster’s max HP is now worth more for experience calculation purposes. This affects mostly bosses. Fire breath was adjusted to give less exp (from 1.4 to 1.2 modifier) . Mobs that have strengths not calculated by the exp formula have an external modifier.

Quality of Life:
Players will now have their level and main profession displayed.
Monsters will now have their level displayed. The level gets calculated on the spot and will vary depending on the individual’s strength. This means that depending on their stats, 2 monsters of the same type could have different levels and correspondingly different loot.

Bugs:
Fixed text in Thief Guild NPC quests.
Fixed text in Guard/Paladin Guild NPC quests.
Fixed text in Fire Mage Guild NPC quests.
Fixed bug with experience calculation for monsters that had 0 damage.
Fixed bug with Animate Spell raising monsters with higher level than intended.
Fixed bug where Spellweaving spells were not castable.
Armor Ignore can now be added to ranged weapons.
Fixed bug with Ancient Hammers displaying wrong text in BOD reward gump.

Crafting:
New crafting requirements are now in. Items can now require the crafter to have Craft Magic Items of 1 or 2. Craft Magic item property can be gained only from the Artisan Profession.
Artisan Profession’s 1st Craft Magic was moved to level 6.
New craftable item was added to tinkering. It required Craft magic 1. It is called Tool Enhancing Orb and it will give any normal tool (non-runic / magic/ gargoyle etc…) + 50 usages. Meaning that you can just craft many of those orbs and use them only when you need them on the desired tool.
Added Ancient Hammers up to +60 in BOD Rewards
Added Heaven Runic Hammer in BOD Rewards.
Handing in BODs will now award the player experience based on the number of points the BOD is worth.
